At Resident Care, because we work exclusively with residential care programs, we understand the challenges and unique needs that arise on a daily basis. Our Client Care Coordinator offers support with quarterly meetings to each program, maintains parternerships, obtains information and resources that each residence needs.

Resident Care also provides staff training, in-services, and our MAP trained Pharmacist’s who provide 24 hour on call services to answer any questions relating to missed doses or any other med occurrences in compliance to MAP Regulations. We work closely with partners to offer compliant and effective prescription filling services that suit the needs of each residence

To further support residences, our billing coordinator sets-up and manages each resident’s account to assure proper medication coverage for optimal reimbursement. Third Party Workshops by our billing coordinator on reimbursement and prescription plan information are offered for program staff, residents and caretakers.
